FIT at 50 HealthCheck Program
Did you know that colon cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death? Are you 50 or older? Have you been screened for colon cancer? If not, the FIT at 50 Program provides free colorectal cancer screen to patients who qualify. Please call Nick Meza for more information: 602-323-3377
