A. No, there are 4 additional satellite locations in East Phoenix, Maryvale, Tempe and Tolleson.
Q. Where does Mountain Park receive funding from?
A. The Center is a federally qualifying community health center, which means the bulk of funding comes from the federal government. In addition, the Center relies on funding from the Arizona Department of Health Services, grants and the generosity of individuals and corporations in the community.
