Locations
Mountain Park has two full service pharmacies at the Baseline clinic and the Maryvale Clinic. If you are a patient at one of our other clinics we provide a courier service to make sure you’re getting your medication at a price your family can budget for.
Hours
Baseline: Monday – Friday 8 am – 8 pm, Saturday 8 am – 4 pm
Maryvale: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
