Mountain Park Health Center differs from most traditional doctor's offices by providing patients with a full range of medical services under one roof. Entire families can receive care from a single Mountain Park clinic. The core services below are the backbone of Mountain Park's commitment to provide affordable healthcare.
Pediatrics
When your child is sick, it is important to know someone you trust is available. Mountain Park Health Center understands that. There are 13 pediatricians on hand to meet the needs of your family.
Women's Health
Whether you need an annual check up or are expecting a child, the Mountain Park's Women's Health staff is here for your health care needs.
Adult Medicine
Mountain Park Health Center physicians understand the medical requirements of adult patients and offer a medicine department that focuses on adult patient needs.
Pharmacy
Two full service pharmacies at the Baseline and Maryvale clinic dispense nearly 12,000 prescriptions a month for patients. The on-site pharmacies have allowed physicians and pharmacists to work together to support patient needs.
Dental Clinic Mountain Park also offers patients a reliable option for dental health. Housed inside the Baseline clinic, the dental clinic operates a state of the art 19 chair dental facility.
Unique and Innovative:
In addition to offering a full spectrum of medical services under one roof, Mountain Park has unique and innovative programs not found in traditional doctor's offices.
Integrated Behavioral Health
Mountain Park recognizes the connection between emotional and physical health through an integrated behavioral health program. Mountain Park has put into practice a program that allows doctors and behavioral health counselors to meet the medical and behavioral needs of a patient; often in the same visit. This is a strong commitment to the health of our patients.
Collaborative Care Team
Mountain Park Health Center participates in a nationwide effort to improve the care patients receive, particularly when a patient has been newly diagnosed with or is currently facing a chronic illness such as diabetes, asthma, cardiovascular disease or obesity. Because these conditions can affect patients in a variety of ways, Mountain Park uses an innovative team approach. Doctors, nurses, pharmacists, dieticians, and behavioral health counselors all work as a team to treat the special needs of patients with chronic medical conditions.
